#amandaknox : Meredith Kercher Does'nt get An 'Appeal'

On Monday, October 1, Meredith Kercher will now sustain verbal wounds to go with the fatal physical ones that left her dead after what the National Post reported was a "night of drug-fuelled sexual assault" at the hands of her roommate Amanda Knox, Knox's ex-boyfriend Rafaelle Solliceto and an Ivory Coast man named Rudy Guede.

Kercher's verbal wounds on Monday will come from Amanda Knox herself, the woman convicted of killing her four years ago. Knox takes the stand in her own defense, cleverly issuing a statement in the Italian language meant to express why she should, essentially, get away with the murder she was convicted of in the first Meredith Kercher murder trial.

This verbal effort by the convicted killer to walk away from the crime she perpetrated and was convicted of is nothing short of a verbal attack now on the murder victim, just as it would be in an American court of law. Murder victims are unable to rebutt anything said by their convicted attackers, providing the court with a delimina over guilt or innocence in such cases.
